What is Celebrity Style Lounge? TOP
Celebrity Style Lounge is an exclusive shopping event hosted by celebrity gift bag firm, Gifted Presence. Straight from Hollywood, the event will showcase the best of the best in celebrity fashion and accessories, beauty and fitness.
How are the designers, sponsors and merchandise selected? TOP
Each company has been handpicked by celebrity gift bag firm, Gifted Presence. All vendors have previously been included in celebrity gift bags, award show gift lounges and star-studded red carpet events...and all will be featuring discounts and special offers! Our goal is to provide consumers with a unique and exclusive opportunity to shop products and services that aren't necessarily available at mass retailers, but are used and loved by today's hottest celebrities.
What is the Swag Bag Contest? TOP
We are collecting items from each vendor and will be compiling them into gift bags which will be raffled away to lucky winners!
Will there be dressing rooms available at the event? TOP
Yes, there will be communal dressing rooms.
Do the vendors accept credit cards? TOP
It is up to each individual vendor as to what forms of payment they accept. Most vendors are equipped to accept credit cards.
Where are my tickets? TOP
All tickets are held at the door on the VIP list under the ticket buyer's name. There is no electronic ticket and you DO NOT need to print your receipt. Please bring a state issued ID for event access.
Are tickets available at the door? TOP
Tickets will be sold at the door for CASH ONLY for $30 on a first come, first serve basis (ATM machines are located throughout Atlantic Station for your convenience).

Is CelebrityStyleLounge.com secure for purchasing tickets online? TOP
YES! We use PayPal to process all credit card payments. All PayPal transactions are covered with 100% protection against unauthorized payments. When you click on the check out button, you will be transferred to the PayPal website where your order will be totaled for checkout.
You DO NOT need a PayPal account to purchase your ticket(s). At the payment screen, PayPal will give you the option to create an account and if you do not wish to open one, follow the directions for paying by credit or debit card. You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with PayPal.
Where can I park? TOP
There is a three story parking deck off Market Street underneath Atlantic Station just past the Wachovia Building. Parking is FREE for the first 2 hours and $1-$2 every hour thereafter. Valet parking is also available for an additional fee. Take Stairway 10 and walk across the street to the Twelve Hotel.
Can I leave and re-enter the event? TOP
Yes, each guest will receive a non-transferable wristband that will allow them to leave and return to the event. Your wristband will also serve as your free pass into the after party at Tongue & Groove!
I am unable to attend the event...can I get a refund? TOP
Sorry, as stated on the website during checkout, all tickets are non-refundable. See below for info on how to transfer your ticket to a friend.
I am unable to attend the event...can I give my ticket to a friend? TOP
If you purchased a ticket under your name and you can't attend, you may have a friend attend in your place by doing the following:
- Make a copy of your state-issued ID
- On the paper with your copied ID, write "I allow X to pick up one ticket under my name."
- Sign and print your name on the paper and have your friend bring it to the event.
No tickets will be released without this signed paper unless the ticket buyer is present.
What if I bought the tickets but my friend arrives before me? Can she get in? TOP
Follow the instructions for the question above on transferring tickets and your friend will be able to pick up one ticket under your name before you arrive.
